We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our growing Desjardins Agency team. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the growth of the business. **What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Build connections with clients through warm, value-based conversations
- Respond to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing
- Schedule appointments and identify customer needs to recommend the right insurance solutions
- Work collaboratively with the agent to support marketing and business goals
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service that builds loyalty

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Sales or customer service experience (retail, telemarketing, inside/outside sales) preferred
- Proven ability to meet performance targets or sales goals
- Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and active listening
- Positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for providing exceptional service and going the extra mile
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfortable presenting products and services to clients
- **Property & Casualty license (OTL preferred)** or willing to obtain
