Marketing and Employer Branding Trainee

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop our regional employment marketing strategy
- In collaboration with the Marketing team, you will create regional recruitment advertising to develop a robust acquisition engine.
- Work with internal recruitment partners to plan and manage our employment brand.
- Lead the development of a full base of employment marketing materials.
- Design, optimize, update, and roll out these materials.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop social strategies that promote our Job Postings.
- Implement analytics and tracking to measure effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Fluent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally and support multiple countries around the region.
- Digital marketing focus.
- Marketing degree.
