  • 30-40 hrs a week based on business needs
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start schedule

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead all sterilization and turnover/cleaning activities
  • Document sterilization cycles and as indicated by public health regulations
  • Prepare and maintain all dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain a sterile and organized clinical area
  • Engage with patients and team members in a manner that facilitates an environment of trust and respect
  • Perform additional tasks as needed

**Requirements**

  • Lab/Sterilization Technician experience (asset)
  • Experience with clinical sterilization practices (asset)
  • Positive and professional approach
  • A strong desire to learn new skills
  • Education - High-school or equivalent
  • Above and beyond approach to customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess great energy for a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
