Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager/Store Operator to join "Pharmasave" located in Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan. At Pharmasave. we carter to our residents at our long-term care facility, where we provide Compliance packs/Blister packs and do patient care rounds. We make it easy for our customers to pick up things on their stop to getting their prescriptions with our larger front store. Our 295+ locations from coast to coast are united by one priority: our patients We strive to uphold each pharmacy’s tradition of providing outstanding patient care by offering accessible healthcare with a personal touch of kindness in each community we serve. **Position Details**: - Up to 40 hrs / week - PT/FT option **Patient Focused Care Responsibilities**: The Pharmacy Manager/Store Operator is responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy and actively contributes to an environment of employee and customer engagement. The Pharmacy Manager/Store Operator will play a key role in achieving departmental excellence in the areas of patient focused care, customer service and workflow efficiencies. - Focus on clinical services (i.e., medication reviews, disease state management) - Promotes the Neighbourly brand through publishing, presenting, and participation in industry associations to improve brand awareness. - Follow and promote the Neighbourly policy manual to inspire a working environment that attracts and retains talented, committed and engaged employees - Initiate care plans, follow up and document - Administer vaccines - Determine appropriateness of drug therapy - Monitor medication adherence - Collect and document relevant patient, drug, and disease information - Recommend OTC products and vitamins - Answer questions from patients that require therapeutic knowledge, clinical analysis, or assessment - Supervise a pharmacy student or a provisional pharmacist in the performance of restricted activities **Qualifications & Skills**: - Licensed and in good standing with College of Pharmacists of Saskatchewan - Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager (preferred) - Possess entrepreneurial abilities and a will to grow the business - Ability to lead, coach, and encourage staff - Capability to collaborate with the front-store staff to find possibilities for patient care - Good verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Self-directed and able to work independently. - Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism **What we Offer**: - Competitive compensation - BONUS - Paid time off - RRSP matching. - Extended health care - Vision and dental care - Life and disability insurance - Malpratice/License - CSR Bonus/Store Operator Bonus Neighbourly Pharmacy is an equal opportunity employer.
