Are you an experienced Freight Broker looking for a lucrative opportunity to maximize your earnings? Look no further Polars is seeking a results-oriented and self-motivated Freight Broker to join our team. As a commission-focused broker, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your own client base and earn higher commissions than anywhere else in the industry while still being offered a base salary.

We sit down and look at your numbers and come to a deal that wins for both of us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a strong client base of shippers and carriers in the freight industry.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, while continuously seeking new business opportunities.
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate the timely and efficient transportation of goods, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a successful Freight Broker, with a solid client base.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a passion for exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry, including freight rates, carrier networks, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Proficiency in using freight brokerage software and relevant tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your own client base effectively.

**Salary**: $60,825.45-$100,448.06 per year
