Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure proper opening and closing sanitization procedures are followed
Properly wash, stack, and store plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
Maintain trash cans, recycling and composting throughout the shift and removal at the end of each shift
Prioritize and ensure cleanliness in the back of the house by complying with sanitation, safety, and proper food handling procedures
Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth, or requested by the Chef
Maintain and engage in a respectful, professional, and positive workplace
