**_Laura Secord_**,** Canada's Premier Chocolatier is seeking an outgoing Part-Time Customer Service Associate to assist in our store at Place d ’Orleans, Orleans, ON. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a flair for customer service are few of the qualities that will make you a hit with both our customers and your fellow staff. You also love responsibility, thrive in a fast-paced environment and will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

- A retail background, (preferably 1-2 years), coupled with strong leadership skills to assist management in all areas of sales and customer service
- A flexible schedule to work a variety of shifts, based on business needs
- Exceptional leadership, and positive team building skills ,with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- The ability to multi task
- An aptitude for merchandising
- Exceptional customer service skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
