**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential home buyers, guiding them through the home buying process from initial inquiry to closing. Your expertise in customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in providing an exceptional experience for our clients.

**Duties**
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct property tours and showcase homes to prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about market trends and local property management regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to sales processes, ensuring a smooth transaction experience for clients.
- Social media experience

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the real estate or property management sectors.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to effectively market properties and negotiate contracts with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with real estate software or CRM systems is advantageous but not required.
