Our talented team is continually expanding and we are always on the lookout for driven individuals to become a valued part of our success. **_Come join our Team, and learn first-hand how you can contribute to our “Innovation Inside”_** **The Role** Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the **Shipper** is responsible for the accurate staging of shipments as per customer requirements, preparing shipping documentation, loading and unloading trucks, etc. This position requires picking orders, use of a scan gun, assistance in keeping the finished goods area organized and clean, and forklift driving in a fast-paced environment. The Shipper will prepare and palletize shipments according to customer requirements, maintain and prepare customer supplied packaging, and track the receipt of customer packaging and the use of expendables to meet customer demands. The Shipper is a key player in keeping our Logistics Department running, and ensuring we are able to meet customer requirements in a fast-paced, “just-in-time” environment. **Qualifications and Skills** - **Forklift experience is required**: - Shipping and/or Receiving experience - Excellent attendance - Self-motivation, and the ability to work independently - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Mitchell Plastics and Ultra Manufacturing are committed to providing a barrier-free workplace.
