**The Job**

Our office in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a BIM Modeler to assist with designing buildings and providing technical support to our structural projects in areas such as Life Sciences, Tech, Civic, Education, Mixed-use, and Healthcare.

Here are the details of your duties in this role:

- Assist with developing drawing sets, plans and details with Engineers
- Provide guidance to Engineers for detail development
- Develop and co-ordinate construction documents
- May act as a coordinator on projects

**Your Background**

To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following basic requirements:

- Completion of a technical college diploma in Architecture/Engineering or Construction
- 1-2 years of structural drafting experience and a minimum of 1 year experience with Revit Structure
- Experience in drafting/modelling steel, concrete, wood and masonry structures for buildings
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work with design team and work on multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work with the design team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work overtime when required
