**Qualifications**:

- Experience painting industrial material
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs
- Experience working in the construction industry (considered an asset)
- Basic hand and power tool experience (asset)
- Ability to read drawings (asset)
- Ability to read tape measure in imperial and metric (strong asset)
- Lift truck certification (considered an asset)
- Strong work ethic
- Punctual
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Able to work with others

**Responsibilities**:

- Remain safety conscious at all times, wearing all required PPE and by observing safety rules stated in the Employee Handbook, operating procedures and relevant regulations
- Cleaning and preparing structural steel components for painting
- Paint all products in the Metal Fab Shop for site
- Provide production support as needed
- Utilize various hand and power tools as needed
- Maintain an organized and safe working space
- Check work along the way to ensure it's up to specifications
- Perform other duties as requested by the department manager

**Shift**:Afternoons

**Hours**: 44 hours per week + overtime

**Overtime**: Paid at time and one half after 88 hours biweekly
