We are experiencing exponential growth and are looking for strong-minded individuals to grow alongside the company. This is a unique opportunity to be part of Koshani's rapid growth trajectory as a Territory Representative (contractor).
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Develop territory sales and meet sales objectives for their region**:
- Able to develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts prospecting and soliciting new accounts.
- Service existing customers in the territory by building relationships with key customers, and industry associations.
- Identify client requirements, proactively and professionally recommend and sells products.
- Respond to inbound leads, make regular outbound calls, cold calls and prospect for new business.
- Attend industry trade shows for territory as required.
- Report new product ideas/suggestions and information on competition.
**Account management**
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for their accounts.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts for new business (add on sales, cross product sales, new product needs etc.).

**Working conditions**:
The position is set as commission/contractor basis. Our main office is located in Toronto, Ontario. This position will require a great level of travel and planning to cover the given geography. Occasional weekend travel/work required for company meetings, trade shows and conferences.
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Proven ability to build business partnerships and to deal effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to travel.
- Full Driver's License
- Clean Criminal Record
- High energy, flexible individual with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to present information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Customer-focused attitude, with the ability to understand, anticipate and identify customer needs while using the information to provide the best-individualized service.
- Ability to use technology effectively.
**Required experience**:
- Must have two years business development or sales experience in a related field
