**Job Description: Caregiver In-Home Care**
Individuals seeking to make a difference work 1-1 with people in their community to provide compassionate care in people's homes. We match each caregiver with specific clients to have on a consistent basis.

**On Call Positions**: Day shifts (7am onward) /Afternoon shifts ( Noon -4pm)/Evening shifts (5-9pm) and/or Overnight shifts (eg 8pm-8am) Available
**Location**:Chilliwack

**Qualifications**:

- Seeking on-call staff who are interested in assisting our senior clients, 1-1 in their daily and or nightly routines.
- Ideal for retired or semi-retired individuals or university students looking to put their time into a rewarding line of work and help make a difference to a senior in their community.
- Previous caregiving and or elder care experiences either employed, volunteer or within family/ social network desired.
- Fairly flexible availability.
- 2 personal references.
- Police Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Sector.
- Must be able to use a smartphone to clock in and out for payroll purposes using GPS (data needed) for payroll purposes and to write daily visit notes.
- Reliable transportation is needed.

**Duties**:

- Companionship.
- Meal prep.
- light housekeeping.
- Transportation to appointments or outings.
- Possibly personal care (assistance with bathing, toileting, feeding) is dependent on the client with the caregiver is matched with.
- Some overnight shifts if staff are available. (not all clients require this).
