Ontario Soccer is actively searching for a talented and ambitious Partnerships and Events Coordinator

who is passionate about partnerships, event management, brand marketing, and business

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Manager of Partnerships and Events, this role is for those with a vested interest in

events, marketing, and partnership development, and how one can raise the brand profile of amateur

sport organizations. Are you constantly scrolling to see what brands, sports organizations or

personalities are doing to engage with their audience? Does crisp graphic design and creative

execution get you excited? Do you love to get to know and work with corporate partners to provide

them best-in-class servicing? Does the thrill of event management motivate you to go above and

beyond to enhance the participant experience?

As the Partnerships and Events Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop marketing

programs, collateral and creative assets under Ontario Soccer’s first-class brand, assist in promoting

and executing top events and programs including the Ontario Soccer Summit, the Ontario Cup, and

the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL), and build relationships with our suite of partners to

deliver value to them, day in and day out.

As a marketing/partnerships professional with two or more years of experience, you will have a

passion for marketing, event management, branding, and partnership servicing. While graphic design

experience is not mandatory, it will be considered a definite asset.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Coordinator of Partnerships and Events will support the Marketing and Partnerships Manager and

the overall Business Operations Department of Ontario Soccer in meeting the department’s

operational objectives in the following areas:
**Partnership Servicing and Procurement **

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners, including:

- Fulfillment of partnership agreements;
- Management of activation programs, including onsite activations;
- Day-to-day management of all partner requests and programs.

Assist in developing pitch decks and proposals for new partners;

Detailed tracking and reporting of Ontario Soccer - partner relationship and activations;

General duties related to partnership sales and business development support;

Oversee key partner and supplier accounts, including equipment/supply orders and VIK.

**Event Management **

Promotion and communication of Events;

Manage and execute event day operations;

Support the planning efforts of the annual Ontario Soccer Summit;

Assist in the planning and execution of the Centre Circle Awards;

Help with other Ontario Soccer Competitions and Events, such as the Ontario Cup, Ontario

Indoor Cup, Ontario Futsal Cup, Gary Miller Charity Shield, etc.;

Support relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

Evening and weekend on-site support at events, as needed.

**Marketing and Branding **

Brand development and marketing of Ontario Soccer primary marks and sub-brands, in

addition to ensuring a consistent brand look, feel and voice in all Ontario Soccer assets;

Dedicated graphic design support for internal projects and partner initiatives;

Social media content creation and management;

Monitoring of brand protection across entire membership spectrum;

General support as an “in-house agency marketer”;

Survey design and analysis for marketing, event, and partnership evaluations.***
