Point Mark Construction Ltd. is working in both residential and commercial construction projects. We are looking to hire 4 steel stud framers as soon as possible

1. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
2. Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
3. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
4. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
5. Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments

Job Requirements

1. The positions require an experience of 1 to 2 years in steel stud framing.
2. Minimum high school education is required
4. The position is physically demanding due to large workload and requires, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads and as well as a combination of sitting, standing and walking.
7. These are full time (40 hours per week) and permanent position with a salary of $30.00/Hour.

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
