**Description**

The Customer Service Representative’s product knowledge enables them to support our customers in Sudbury and the Maritime provinces, accelerate order delivery, and create an exceptional customer experience. A solid team player will have you working collaboratively with the Regional Manager, Technical Sales Representative and the warehouse staff to ensure our customers are getting the best service ever.

**Responsabilities**
- Manage all orders from customers as well as expediting orders by working closely with the production center
- Generate sales through product information and support
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- Handle complaints, propose appropriate solutions and ensure follow-ups
- Drive product engagement
- Support exploration product training
- Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team

**Training and Experience**
- College degree is an asset
- Three (3) years of related sales experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing business environment

**Skills**
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong sense of urgency and task ownership
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Strong phone and active listening skills
- Solid organizational and planning abilities
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- French an asset
