**Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender (who can also work as a server) to join our dynamic team. As a server/ bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. The job is primarily as a bartender but server shifts will also be available.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and ensuring proper storage of all products.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong memory skills, both short, long and working memory.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
