Advising -** Serving as a trusted Advisor to key customers for product assortment, placement, pricing, promotions and category strategies, you’ll provide industry, consumer and customer trends to develop strategic action plans. You’ll also analyze and communicate planogram changes and continue to work towards best in class shelving principles. Internally, you will be supporting the innovation process, delivering improvements in average item count to negotiated growth targets. Our perfect shelf starts with you.

Analysis and Insights - **With a keen eye, you will analyze sales data and deliver regular briefings and category reviews. We’re also looking to you to uncover business insights and sales opportunities that will accelerate retail growth, support analytical ad-hoc data deep dive requests and monitor competitive activity, recommending solutions to grow the category and the WK Kellogg Co business.

Sales Support -** With an owner’s mindset and collaborative spirit, you’ll identify business opportunities for external purposes supporting the Accounts strategies and goals. Additionally, you’ll support internal customers such as Marketing, Finance, Sales Account Team and Trade Marketing to assist in providing insightful and fact based solutions, assess and commercialize industry, consumer, shopper and customer trends into strategic action plans, and lead retail customer penetration across multiple contacts and departments. Two scoops of communication and collaboration are key ingredients in your recipe for success.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
**Required**:
- Post-secondary education or work experience equivalent - Business Diploma or Degree preferred and proven CPG related experience
- Valid driver’s license within Canada and ability to meet the 15-20% travel requirement
- Strong proficiency in Nielsen Market Track, JDA, Excel & PowerPoint
- High level analytical capability
- Ability to influence decision-making at various levels internally and externally
- Assimilating and interpreting data from multiple disparate data sources into concise action-oriented recommendations
- Experience presenting complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels
- Experience in managing vendor/customer relationships
