**Position #**: V42870 **Expected Start Date**:June 16, 2025 **Union**:HSAS **Facility**:Emergence Medical Services - Regina **City/Town**:Regina **Department**:Ambulance - Land **Type**:Full-time temporary **Expected Up to Date**:June 16, 2026 **FTE**:1 **Shift Information**:Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends, Stats **Hours of Work**:12 hour shifts **Relief**:No **Float**:No **Field Hours**:No **Salary or Pay Band**:Pay Band Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic $39.654 to $48.451 **Travel Required**:No As part of an interdisciplinary team, the Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) with Intermediate Care Services (ICS) performs urgent, non-emergent assessments and treatments of patients to provide accessible, equitable, and safe care where patients need it most. **Human Resources Exemption**:No **Education** - Grade 12 or equivalent. - Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic/Advanced Care Paramedic currently licensed in the Province of Saskatchewan. - Current CPR level "C". - Current ACLS and PALS. - Current ITLS - Advanced. - Phlebotomy and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification is an asset **Experience** - Minimum of 24 months previous experience working as an Advanced Care Paramedic - Previous community-based experience is an asset **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** - Physically fit **Other Information** - This is a community-based position providing services with the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina) Home base for this position is: 4211 Albert Street - Registered/eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body - Must have a valid Saskatchewan driver's license. This position requires access to a vehicle for work purposes - Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
