With over 20 years of experience amongst the senior management, Pearl Builders delivers a wide variety of projects. We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design/build. Our work ranges from the management and development of completely new builds, refurbishments, and fit outs for Companies.

We are currently looking to add a motivated individual that can work in a fast-paced environment to join our Warehouse team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Driving a dump truck with construction material
- Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, trailers, and platforms manually.
- Examine and inspect incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, wears and defects and report any issues to supervisor immediately.
- Wrapping of skids and ensuring daily pre-inspections are completed and recorded

**Requirements**:

- Has a DZ license and experience driving a dump truck
- Lifting required up to 40lbs - 50lbs
- Experience loading and unloading trucks is an asset
- Availability to work full-time
- Must have high school diploma
