Anderson Precision AutoPro is a looking to add staff in order to better serve our valued customers. We're looking for someone who's enthusiastic about quality customer care, understands enough about vehicles to explain recommended repairs and maintenance. Job duties include:
- Providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
- Greeting customers and ensure their concerns are fully documented and repair orders are prepared for technicians.
- Working with customers to schedule maintenance and repairs, including advising them on recommended maintenance intervals.
- Preparing detailed estimates for repairs and communicate with customers to explain required and recommended repairs, including cost and timeline.
- Ordering parts and supplies.
- Processing NAPA warranty claims.
- Working with technicians to optimize shop productivity.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least one year of experience in a Service Advisor or related role, or equivalent experience in Customer Service.
- Have some knowledge or experience with vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- The ability to use a computer based shop management program.
- Experience scheduling work and managing daily workflow.
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
