**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain kitchen areas with special attention to sanitation
- Keep the kitchen tidy by washing dishes and ensuring cleanliness
- Exhibit culinary skills by performing day-to-day tasks and assisting sushi chefs
- Evaluate the quality of food products, prep items, and final dishes served to guests
- Monitor food temperatures, expiry dates, and overall quality of ingredients
- Collaborate with servers to provide a warm and welcoming guest experience
- Follow all health, food safety, and hygiene standards and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef

- **REQUIREMENTS**

**Experience**:

- Basic kitchen knowledge required

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills in English
- Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who supports a positive guest experience
- Basic culinary knowledge with the ability to prepare ingredients as instructed
