What you’ll be doing

As the Director, Program Delivery (Wealth Management) reporting to the Senior Director, Wealth Program Delivery, you will lead the delivery of strategic, high profile, complex initiatives and programs in support of the Global Asset Management strategy. These initiatives can span across the entire organization and require effective relationship building and partnership with key partners who are critical to initiative and program success. You will lead teams of delivery professionals and other experts, some of which will be direct reports and others who will report into the team on a matrix or assignment basis. You will be a strong coach and promote personal and professional development for their direct reports and be an active member of the Delivery Leadership Team. Assignments will change over time, you will be expected to be flexible to support any given assignment within Wealth Management.

Who you are- You can demonstrate experience. In Program Management, transformation, planning, implementation of complex programs across different business units in the financial services sector. Experience managing and delivering on large complex projects. Strong business acumen, ability to understand interdependencies, and impacts on business. People leadership experience leading and managing a team. PMP certification is a strong asset.- You can demonstrate knowledge. Understanding and knowledge of wealth management and asset management functions a strong asset.- You are a caring and accountable leader. You're passionate about developing and coaching to bring out the best in people. You have led diverse, high performing teams.- You give meaning to data.
