Granville Island Veterinary Hospital is a highly respected, award-winning small animal practice in the vibrant Kitsilano neighbourhood, just minutes from Granville Island. As a **privately owned, full-service clinic, we’ve built a reputation for gold-standard medicine, collaborative teamwork, and a loyal clientele who deeply value their pets’ health.**

We’re seeking a skilled, compassionate DVM who thrives in a supportive, high-performing environment and is ready to make a lasting impact.

Who You Are:

- A motivated, experienced veterinarian (1+ years preferred) with strong clinical and surgical skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality medicine and excellent client service
- A team player who thrives in a positive, collaborative environment
- Committed to continual growth, open communication, and integrity in practice

What You’ll Get:

- Competitive salary: $120,000-$200,000 commission or production-based compensation
- Alternating 3- and 4-day work weeks to support true work-life balance
- 3 weeks paid vacation, increasing to 4 weeks after 5 years
- $3,500 CE allowance + 1 week of unpaid CE time off
