Lounge Supervisor

As the Supervisor of our Big Beach Lounge team, you'll rock the F&B service operations and create unforgettable guest experiences. But that's not all You'll also be the go-to for coaching our incredible floor staff. - Opening, closing and outlet service support
- Beverage program management and sales as required
- Maintain accurate and updated standard operation procedures in partnership with leadership team
- Lead Employee Recognition
- Provide F&B service training programs
- Support the orchestration and design of service
- Deliver performance feedback and coaching of all F&B service staff
- Ensure that F&B employees consistently have the tools to do their job
- Manage systems, specifically Silverware and RDP support
- Build guest loyalty through service standards & quality assurance
- Solicit feedback from both employees and guests to continually enhance operations
- Accommodate guests and conduct floor operations
- Administrative support - Can include: Ordering, Scheduling, Menu detail and formatting
- Exceed guests’ expectations by providing exceptional customer service and anticipating guests’ needs
- Help serving staff maximize food and drink revenue by employing strong sales techniques
- Communicate with Culinary and Front of House to ensure quality of product and service is maintained
- Comply with all Black Rock Health & Safety and Security regulations
- Strictly adhere to all Black Rock Oceanfront Resort policies and procedures

**Competencies Required**
- ** Education/Experience**- 2+ Years Serving Experience is preferred
- Experience in a similar leadership role an asset
- Responsible Beverage Service Certificate (Serving It Right) Required
- Some formal Hospitality Industry education is an asset
- Knowledge of Wines and Spirits
- Standard Cash Handling
- FOODSAFE certification is an asset

- Excellent Verbal, Listening, and Written Communication Skills (Organization)
- Ability to Multi-Task and Work Under Pressure
- Flexibility in Work Tasks and Work Schedule
- Able to Lift/Move up to 40 lbs.
