As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations.

Position Overview:
As the Office Administrator for our body shop, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes. From assisting customer inquiries to coordinating appointments and handling paperwork, you will be the backbone of our office operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service
- Manage customer intake forms, insurance documents, and repair orders
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and reception area
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive repair terminology and processes is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus

- 8 hour shift
