Hosts are essential to our business as they are the life and spirit of our restaurants; from directly before a guest enters, throughout their entire experience, all the way up to the moment they leave.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3+ years customer service experience (If you have the potential and less experience, we still want to meet you.)
- Providing a world class impression on each and every guest, along with supporting your team in any way you can
- Leading our front door to ensure prompt, friendly greeting and seating of each guest
- Answering the phone to handle reservations and guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean reception area and dining room
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Strong hospitality and guest service orientation
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous
- A desire to learn and grow through personal and career development
- An entrepreneurial mindset. You see things from a new perspective
- Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
- Other duties as assigned or required
