**Position Overview**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Material Logistic Agent is responsible for managing the flow of materials to ensure timely supply to production lines, adherence to delivery schedules, and compliance with documentation requirements. This key role contributes to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the procurement and flow of materials to meet scheduled operating needs within budget:

- Ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Supply all components to the assembly line.
- Ensure part delivery adherence to the final line schedule.
- Coordinate the disposal of obsolete or inactive inventory.
- Support inter-site demand coordination.
- Minimize discrepancies and deviations from plans by providing effective short-term solutions and raising partners’ awareness of their impact on profitability, customer satisfaction, and employees.
- Manage inventory levels and inbound flows.
- Release planned orders into relevant purchasing documentation.
- Manage activities related to non-conforming materials while meeting schedules.
- Oversee inbound shipments (traffic in-bound).
- Ensure documentation compliance with internal and external regulations (snags, C of Cs).
- Ensure engineering and manufacturing configuration (MAC PAC).
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and demand-to-supply processes (cost reductions, Six Sigma, TAC, BMIS, SAP, etc.).
- Support program management by participating in program reviews and providing schedule-related information.
- Assist sourcing teams in negotiations and commodity-related projects.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Materials or Inventory Management.
- Experience or internship in external production (OP) - an asset.
- Experience or knowledge of SAP - an asset.
- Strong sense of ethics and customer focus.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).

**Description du poste**

Sous la supervision du responsable des opérations, l’Agent Logistique est responsable de la gestion des matériaux afin d’assurer l’approvisionnement des lignes de production, le respect des calendriers de livraison et la conformité documentaire. Ce rôle clé contribue à l’efficacité des opérations et à la satisfaction des clients internes et externes.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Gérer l’approvisionnement et le flux de matériaux pour répondre aux besoins de production planifiés dans le respect du budget.
- Assurer la livraison ponctuelle des pièces.
- Alimenter les lignes d’assemblage en composants.
- Garantir la conformité des livraisons avec le calendrier de la ligne finale.
- Coordonner la gestion des inventaires obsolètes ou inactifs.
- Gérer la demande inter-sites.
- Réduire au maximum les écarts avec les plans en proposant des solutions durables à court terme et en sensibilisant les partenaires aux impacts sur la rentabilité, la satisfaction client et les employés.
- Gérer les niveaux d’inventaire et les flux entrants.
- Libérer les ordres planifiés en documentation d’achat pertinente.
- Gérer les activités liées aux matériaux non conformes en respectant les échéances.
- Superviser les expéditions entrantes (Traffic inbound).
- Garantir la conformité documentaire selon les réglementations internes et externes (snags, C of Cs).
- Assurer la configuration d’ingénierie et de production (MAC PAC).
- Participer aux projets d’amélioration continue (réduction de coûts, Six Sigma, TAC, BMIS, SAP, etc.).
- Soutenir la gestion de programmes en participant aux revues et en fournissant l’information liée aux changements de planning.
- Appuyer les équipes d’approvisionnement dans les négociations et projets liés aux commodités.

**Profil recherché**
- Baccalauréat en administration, gestion des opérations ou équivalent.
- 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en gestion des matériaux ou des inventaires.
- Expérience ou stage en production externe (OP) - un atout.
- Connaissance de SAP - un atout.
- Forte éthique professionnelle et orientation client.
- Compétences analytiques, en planification, résolution de problèmes et relations interpersonnelles.
- Bilingue français et anglais (parlé et écrit).

Pay: $31.00-$38.00 per hour
