**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accomplish construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders
- Directly contribute to production by working alongside crew when necessary
- Provide a direct link to the clients ensuring communications are handled in a professional manner while managing and maintaining client satisfaction
- Review construction drawings and specifications, planning and preparation of execution, inspection, testing, and safe work plans, and pre-emptively address potential conflicts / problem areas
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing health and safety standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Managing sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub
- contractors; monitoring and controlling performance
- Communicate and work with the Project Manager and other personnel as required with respect to changes to methods, materials, budget, schedules, and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of extensive experience in residential renovations and/or new home construction
- Journeyman/woman carpentry ticket
- Experience managing construction projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly
- Strong leadership qualities and experience mentoring a team
- Ability to offer a high level of customer service
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation

**Salary**: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
