**About Us**:
Summer FC is a community-focused soccer organization dedicated to providing fun and accessible soccer programs for children aged 3-8. Our grassroots program focuses on building fundamental soccer skills, promoting teamwork, and instilling a lifelong love for the sport in a positive and encouraging environment. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where every child can thrive.

**Volunteer Role & Responsibilities**:

- Assist lead coaches in delivering engaging and age-appropriate soccer sessions.
- Provide individualized support and encouragement to young players, helping them develop their skills.
- Help create a fun, safe, and positive learning environment.
- Assist with the setup and takedown of equipment.
- Act as a positive role model and mentor for young participants.

**Time Commitment**:

- Our Summer FC Grassroots program runs from July to August.
- We are seeking volunteers who can commit to evening sessions from 5:15pm-7:45pm

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for soccer and working with young children.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
