**Position: Educational Assistant - Three Brothers Academy**
**Location**: Woodstock, ON
**Type**: September-June

**About the Role**
Three Brothers Academy is a private, low-cost school focused on delivering high-quality, personalized education in a hands-on, supportive learning environment. We’re looking for a dedicated and adaptable **Educational Assistant (EA)** to join our small but passionate team for the 2025-2026 school year.

As an EA, you’ll work closely with our lead teacher to support SK to Grade 7 classroom instruction, student engagement, and the daily operations of a one-of-a-kind rural academy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide 1-on-1 or small-group support to students as directed by the teacher
- Assist with classroom management, organization, and preparation
- Supervise students during recess, outdoor learning, and extracurricular activities
- Help implement our nature-based and active learning approach
- Participate in special events and field days
- Assist with light setup, cleanup, and basic cooking or snack preparation as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience working with children in an educational or camp setting
- Positive, patient, and energetic personality
- Able to take direction and work independently
- Comfortable supporting mixed-age learning and flexible curriculum styles
- Enthusiasm for outdoor learning, arts, or active education is a strong asset
- CPR/First Aid certification and vulnerable sector check (or willingness to obtain)

**Schedule**
- **September 8, 2025 - June 8, 2026**:

- Includes instructional and prep days, statutory holidays off
- Located on a rural property in Woodstock, ON
