**ABOUT YOU**:

- You are passionate about continued learning and excellence in your work with clients. You are interested in working with the Indigenous population. You are responsive with virtual communication throughout the week and very comfortable with learning new tech platforms. You are available 15-20hrs per week, over at least 3 full days.

**CLASSIFICATION**: Part-Time, self-employed contractor

**REIMBURSEMENT**: Fee-split model, paid monthly.

**HOURS**: Minimum 3 pre-set days per week (5 openings/day). Ideally one of those days an evening/weekend to start. Pre-set 20min free consultation openings for prospective clients (at varying times & days); monthly clinical consultation/team meeting.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Masters degree Social Work from Canada or US
- Experience in counselling (ie: minimum masters level practicum)
- RSW with the British Columbia College of Social Workers
- Available for three full days/wk (15-20 sessions) or more
- Education or experience addressing client trauma
- Three references (two clinical)
- A clear Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector version, obtained at a local station)
- Competence & comfort using electronic software and communication platforms
