**Position**:Assistant to the Vice President of Operations

**Location**:Fort Chipewyan, AB

The Assistant to the Vice President of Operations will be responsible for assisting the Vice President of Operations with daily operations and administrative tasks. This position will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The Assistant to the Vice President will also be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the company. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associates Degree Preferred
- Prior Administrative Support Experience Preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Preferred
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and complete them accurately
- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external teams

**Salary**: $15.00-$29.10 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fort McMurray, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
