We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Cashier to join our team. As a Server/Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders in person and over the phone, serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

- Greet customers and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Pack food for takeout orders and ensure everything is well packed with napkins.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process cash, credit, or debit card payments using the POS system
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance transactions at the end of each shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
- A valid Smart Serve Certificate
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A strong necessity
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Cashiering experience is a plus

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
