Have you ever looked at a printed or embroidered garment and wondered how it was decorated? Here’s your chance to get into the industry and find out. We are hiring an entry-level fulfillment associate to become a part of our team.

Never worked in this type of environment? That’s ok We will train you on the specific skills needed for the position. What’s most important is that you work well as part of a team, you have an eye for detail and are always looking to learn something new. A willingness to jump in and get your hands dirty helps too.

**What you will be doing**:

- Working closely with the operations and production team to ensure a smooth workflow and top quality craftsmanship.
- Carefully counting received garments
- Cross checking packing slips against purchase orders to ensure all correct garments are accounted for prior to decoration
- Organizing & laying out garments for production.
- Performing quality checks on decorated garments while finishing and packing orders
- Neatly packing and labeling all orders by garment size and colour
- Scheduling shipments and notifying clients of completed orders

**Must haves**:

- The ability to perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks. You must be able to comfortably lift 40 lb. boxes.
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients.
- A collaborative approach to work
- Systematic and well organized, especially when under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- Appreciation of the value of the craft and a belief that details matter. We take pride in every garment we decorate.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
