The Store Supervisor plans and directs the execution of all company policies and procedures during their shift. Must coach requirements needed in order to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability. Need to maintain high store standards and foster a positive environment for both customers and employees. Ensure that customers’ needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Make sure that all products and displays are merchandised effectively in order to maximize store sales. Responsible to ensure store team is thoroughly trained and developed as per company expectations. **Skills Requires**: This position requires a high level of multitasking and constant movement. Our slogan is "10,000 steps is a normal day at National Thrift”. Supervisors must be quick thinkers and possess the ability to solve minor problems.
