Propane Compliance Administrator

**Summary**
The role of the Propane Compliance Administrator is to support the propane team by coordinating tank swaps, reporting & record keeping to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. This position will also assist propane data entry with invoicing.
**Main Duties**
- Communicate with customers on Technical Safety BC regulations/compliance
- Work closely with gasfitters & dispatchers on compliance work
- Qualify tanks for compliance upgrades
- Assess propane container location pictures for compliance
- Obtain tank operating permits as required
- Track tank swaps & compliance upgrades
- Update computer system with tank & inspection data
- Receive/log/track TSBC & SSEL tank inspection reports
- Record cylinder recertification info
- TSBC reporting/correspondence including reconciliation of annual tank operating permit invoices
- Compile propane management manuals for operation & maintenance
- Scan & e-file
- Other ad hoc requests
**Secondary Duties**
Assist Propane Data Entry with invoicing
- Enter/check trip sheets & delivery receipts
- Generate/check/mail invoices
- Enter credit notes / charge memos
- Enter lifts
- Enter refinery & customer price changes
**Key Skills Required**
- Effective communication skills
- Neat & well organized
- Attention to detail & high level of accuracy is essential
- Quick learner
- Able to handle high pressure situations in a fast paced environment
- Computer skills such as the ability to operate computerized accounting software and use Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Able to work both independently & as a team
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm).
