**Job details**:
I am looking to hire a mature, capable, self-starter individual to assist me in Co-Hosting multiple Short Term Rental Properties in the Cultus Lake area and be able to oversee and participate as part of the Cleaning Team.

This Position would be permanent part-time, schedule ranges throughout the week based on customer bookings and requirements depending on the season.

As the Co-Host, you would be responsible for communicating with the booking guests to ensure they have the best experience possible before, during and after their stay.

For Cleaning Services, the right individual with attention to details will provide for the overall general housecleaning, and deeper housecleaning tasks, thorough stocking and staging and will ensure any additional staff are completing assigned tasks.

All necessary equipment is provided. Experience not necessary but a desire to take pride in creating great results and having reliable transportation is an absolute must.

This job can be a great fit for single parents, students and teachers looking to keep busy or supplement their income. (Mid June - Mid Sept is the busiest time)

The primary responsibilities for this position will be:

- Assisting in communication with Booking Guests before, during and after their stay.
- Cleaning, Staging and Maintaining properties according to provided guidelines.
- Monitor, train, additional Cleaning Staff

What we ask of you:

- _Be dependable and have a very detail-oriented, caring mind-set_
- _Be a self starter and be able to work well on your own without supervision_
- _Ability to work within certain time criteria_
- _Reliable vehicle is a MUST _
- _Ability to multi-task and trouble shoot if needed_
- _Some experience considered an asset_

**Job Types**: Permanent Part-time (hours will vary depending on time of year)

(Due to the needs of the position, Only LOCAL Applicants within the Cultus Lake/Chilliwack area, that are legally allowed to work in Canada will be considered)

**Salary**: From $24 - $26 per hour + Commission depending on experience.

**Must be willing to provide a Police Information Check upon request**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
