YOUR MISSIONS**:
Responsabilities:
- ensure the quality and compliance of the processing and transmission of data related to payroll, various group insurance plans and the pension plan
- create and process documents related to payroll files
- compiling data and producing various reports
- be responsible for various tasks related to the administration of benefits.
- updating systems according to the needs of employers participating in the programs offered by HR
- provide support to employees in the compensation sector and to the various stakeholders at client sites with respect to matters falling within his or her competence.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Profile**:
Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, human resources, or any other related training or any other related training;
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience, including concrete experience in payroll processing, administration of group insurance and other benefits;
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools, specifically Excel;
- Knowledge of computerized payroll systems and skills with software such as RH Expert, Azur d'Algo, Nethris;
- Work experience in unionized environments, an asset;
- Member of the Canadian Payroll Association (asset);
- Good spirit of synthesis, demonstrated ability to popularize and issue recommendations based on analyses;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken French;
- Sense of priorities, rigor and meticulousness, autonomy and discretion;
- Propensity to offer fast and efficient service to the clientele concerned.
