Hello Future ResQer
ResQ is looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our operations team and help us take ResQ to the next level. You will help take ResQ to new heights by growing our service and maintenance provider pipeline and managing new and existing partner accounts. You will generate new business through inbound leads and outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and positioning ResQ to potential partners. From a mission perspective, you will play a pivotal role by creating meaningful partnerships with some of the best local partners in your market.

**What you will do**:
As a Partner Success Manager you will be contributing in the following areas:
- ** Building pipeline** You will be responsible for targeting and qualifying prospects in the service and maintenance space, conducting discovery calls, and identifying opportunities to grow their businesses through ResQ’s marketplace
- ** Account Managemen**t **& Relationships **You will maintain close relationships with our partners, and build a strong level of trust with them
- ** Achieving metrics **You are motivated by metrics, and will be responsible for driving supply and revenue metrics including ensuring our customers are consistently sold on adn set-up preventative maintenance plans with us
- ** Growth **You will continuously educate our partners on ResQ's service offerings and identify opportunities for growth
**Who You are**:
- You have 2+ years of account management experience
- You have a customer-first mindset as we are obsessed with the customer experience and set new standards for excellent service
- You are a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- You have a data and metric-driven mindset with an unwavering dedication towards achieving your and your company's targets
- You take extreme ownership in everything you do - it's one of our core operating principles.
- You are open to transparent feedback as we encourage open dialogue and provide candid feedback to help each other succeed
- You are an ambitious top performer, you persevere through intense obstacles
- Experience in the restaurant industry or technology marketplaces is considered an asset
