Processing Supervisor

Qualifications:

- Leadership abilities
- Supporter of team operations to ensure success
- Grain processing and grading experience
- Logical planner and scheduler
- Plant operations experience and supervision experience
- Strong communicator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate processing and shipping schedules to maintain excellent customer service.
- Supervise processing team, to meet quality and cleanout standards.
- Direct co-workers to complete required tasks.
- Maintains quality of the finished product as per customer specifications
- Supervise loading of containers to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise maintenance related issues in coordination with the maintenance department.
- Willing to work extended shifts as demand requires and assist with operations as needed.
