Oakville, Canada SM Cyclo of Canada, Ltd. Full time

Performs various tasks in a warehouse area requiring general physical ability.

This is a full-time position in our Oakville facility. Our assembly area is clean, bright, and spacious with high ceilings.

Hours are Monday to Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm with possible overtime.

**Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)**:

- Comply with all safety protocols and procedures set forth in the OHSA, all company practices, procedures and codes of conduct, adhere to company Personal Protective Equipment policy and participation in all Health and Safety training conducted by the company.
- Perform general physical activities, i.e.: load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand and/or by using material handling equipment.
- Operate sandblasting machine in sandblast room.
- Preparing units for painting, i.e., tape, use parts washer.
- Must have the ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, be proactive and have a hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Communicate issues with other coworkers, supervisors, and managers.
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Keep manufacturing areas free of debris and dirt.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Previous paint preparation experience preferred
- Previous experience using a sandblasting room preferred
