As an SAP Technical Lead, you will make an impact by owning the design and implementation of SAP IDM solutions to meet business requirements. You will be a valued member of our dynamic team and work closely with other team members.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead all aspects of the development and customization of SAP HCM ABAP programs to improve system functionality
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to the development team to ensure high-quality work you're doing
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SAP projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards when developing in SAP
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Fix and resolve technical issues related to SAP ILM ADK and SAP HCM ABAP
- Develop and maintain user documentation for SAP solutions
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends
- Participate in project planning and deliver accurate time estimates for development tasks
- Mentor junior developers and deliver training on SAP ILM ADK and SAP HCM ABAP
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

**What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)**
- Possess 10+ years of extensive experience in SAP ILM and SAP HCM ABAP Development
- Show proficiency in regulatory compliance and governance within SAP environments

**What will help you stand out (preferred skills)**
- knowledge of financial risk management

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client office in Toronto.
