**Responsibilities include**
- Schedule appointments and coordinate schedules to accommodate urgent appointments and initial triaging of patients
- Assist with patient check-ins; collect and update patients’ demographic information and health insurance information; and ensure information in the electronic record system is accurate and up-to-date
- Perform general administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, copying, faxing, and mailing
- Help with stocking and cleaning examination rooms
- May be required to work some short evening hours and/or Saturdays
- Other duties as required

**Experience and skills**
- Must be fluent in English - speaking, listening and writing
- Fluency in Vietnamese, Korean or Italian would be an asset
- Previous working experience in Canada

**Education**
- Secondary (High) School Diploma or equivalent required
