**Role**: We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled bartender to join our dynamic team. As a bartender at The Back Room, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for our patrons. You'll craft exquisite cocktails, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the bar. Additionally, you will work closely with the bar manager to ensure smooth operations and uphold the high standards of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mixing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks, with precision and creativity.
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and recommending signature drinks from our menu.
- Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and clean.
- Collaborating with the bar manager to develop and update drink menus, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Adhering to quality and safety controls to maintain a hygienic and secure environment.
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
- Participating in promotional events and contributing to the bar's lively atmosphere.
- Staying informed about current industry trends and continuously enhancing your mixology skills.

**Requirements**:

- Previous 2 years experience as a bartender in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Enthusiasm for creating innovative and visually appealing drink presentations.

In addition to the duties mentioned above and job functions, any other assignment is given on an occasional or daily basis by the immediate superior or the management.
