**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system effectively.
- Maintain inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure proper storage of food items.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budget constraints.
- Implement sanitation procedures and monitor compliance with food handling standards.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in cash handling and operating POS systems.
- Strong background in food preparation and knowledge of food handling practices.
- Excellent team management abilities with a focus on leadership and motivation.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to hospitality excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers.
