EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: PART TIME - DESK STAFF (DAYS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS)

Seasonal Positions (October to April)

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Barrie North Winter Tennis, a division of Tennis Clubs of Canada, provides indoor tennis under a heated, air-supported dome each season from October to April. The company offers memberships, leagues, as well as group and private lessons. BNWT has been in operation since 2003.

OVERVIEW OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing memberships, lesson registrations, and court bookings using an online booking program
- Answering telephone and in-person inquiries
- Processing payments
- Providing customer service to all patrons
- General cleaning and upkeep of clubhouse

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an office receptionist would be considered an asset
- Experience in the tennis industry or a related field would be considered an asset
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Own transportation is required
- Days/Evening/Weekends
- Rate of Pay: $17.75 to $18.25
- Paid training to begin late-September

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.75 to $18.25 /hour
