Gymnastics/ Ninja Coach

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver gymnastics and ninja classes to teach kids the basic skills and promote physical fitness (most classes scheduled weekdays between 4 and 8 PM; weekends between 9 and 1PM)
- Enhance the lesson plan provided for class delivery with your creative flair.
- Attend paid staff meetings designed to enhance and share knowledge.
- Attend training provided by the Alberta Gymnastics Federation and paid for by us.
- Demonstrate willingness to receive and act on feedback for continuous learning.

Qualifications:

- Experience participating in sports such as gymnastics, cheer, parkour, ninja.
- Ability to work with children of varying skill levels and age groups.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give constructive feedback.
- Ability to foster teamwork and build positive relationships with athletes, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Passion for fitness and the development of physical literacy.

Physical Demands:

- Ability to demonstrate gymnastic/ninja techniques and perform physical tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and engage in physical activity.
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of coaching, including lifting, spotting, and assisting athletes during training.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- 4 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
