Manager, Loyalty Marketing: JD

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support Loyalty initiatives spanning core program and CineClub. You will play a key role inspiring collaboration and driving execution through a variety of cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects in a rapid, entrepreneurial environment. You are organized and flexible, enjoy a dynamic team environment and focus on colleague relationships that drive mutual successes.

What you’ll do:

- Support Loyalty Marketing from initial strategy and brief development to execution
- Communicate strategies and important program updates with cross-functional stakeholders
- Cultivate strong partnerships across numerous functions to ensure business objectives, accuracy, and language considerations are met.
- Partner with Loyalty Analytics to regularly track and report program KPIs
- Monitor and champion process; identify process gaps/improvements and implement tools to improve efficiency.
- Actively participates and supports in ongoing business and marketing planning process.

- You are comfortable with leveraging analytics to support data driven decisions
- You demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize a wide range of tasks
- You thrive in expansive roles, from high-level strategy, through to executional excellence.
- You have a passion for Loyalty
- You’ve shown mastery in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree in marketing or business-related field
- 3-5 years experience with end-to-end management of promotions and campaign
- Experience with campaign monitoring and reporting
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional team members, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
- Bring intellectually curious, customer-centric thinking
