**OSC Program Manager**

**Employment Type: Full-time Permanent**

Are you responsible, energetic, personable, resourceful and well-organized? Are you looking to get some experience working with children or working toward sharpening your leadership skills? If so, this may be the job for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed program plans to ensure all activities are age appropriate and engaging.
- Lead and supervise a variety of activities, with the safety of all children being priority at all times.
- Build positive rapport with all children and their families.
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents/caregivers and colleagues

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience and/or education background working with children and youth
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable participating in a variety of physical activities.
- Training provided
- Complete a satisfactory criminal record check.
- Valid First Aid and CPR-C.
- Responsible Adult (RA) or Early Childhood Educator Assistant(ECEA) certification preferred

**Schedule**:
School Days (*Split Shifts): 6:30am-9:00am, 2:30pm-6:00pm

Summer Vacation: 7am-5pm (8 hours shifts)

**Wage**:
From $22.99/hr dependent on certification

Pay: $22.99-$25.17 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week
